  • How does the unlimited membership work?

    Our Unlimited Membership is a monthly subscription with no long-term commitment — we simply ask for a 30-day written notice to our email for any cancellations.


    This membership gives you unlimited class access (up to 1 class per day) and includes all class types offered at TWENTYSIX. It’s the most flexible and valuable way to experience everything we offer.

  • Are the instructors certified?

    Yes, all of our instructors are certified and experienced in their respective fields,

    ensuring a safe and effective workout.

  • How does the waitlist work?

    • If a spot opens up more than 12 hours before class, you’ll be automatically added and notified by email.
    • If a spot becomes available within 12 hours, we’ll email & text the entire waitlist, and it’s first-come, first-served to secure the spot.
  • What’s the cancellation policy?

    All cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled class.

    Cancellations made within 12 hours are considered late.

    Credit pack holders will forfeit the full class credit.

    Unlimited members will incur a $25 late fee.

    No-shows are also subject to the same policy.

    If you frequently find yourself needing to cancel within the 12-hour window, we recommend booking a class at a time that better suits your schedule.

  • Are your classes safe for pregnant women?

    Exercise is safe and beneficial for pregnant women, as long as your doctor

    approves. Please notify our instructors of your pregnancy so we can provide

    necessary modifications for a safe and enjoyable workout.

  • What is the difference between a Membership & Class Pack?

    Our Class Packs are bundles of classes offered at a discounted rate. You can purchase them as you go and use them at your own pace between their expiry date.


    Our Memberships are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically and offer an even greater discount per class. They’re perfect for those who attend regularly and want the best value and flexibility.

  • Are classes beginner friendly?

    Yes! We offer dedicated beginner classes, and we highly recommend starting there.


    Our regular classes are generally intermediate to advanced, but they’re still a great workout for all levels. Instructors guide you through proper form, explain Pilates terms, and help you move at your own pace — ensuring you feel confident and supported throughout the class.

  • Do you offer one on ones?

    Yes, we offer private one-on-one sessions tailored to your specific needs and
